The Welcoming International Talent (WIT) fellowship program has allowed 16 doctoral students to advance in their training and research career in Navarra. These young researcher who are part of the project are supported for three years to develop their projects.

📢 WIT Fellows at the MSCA Networking Event in Madrid 🌍🔬🚀

Our researchers recently represented the WIT Program at the MSCA COFUND Networking Event in Madrid (March 4-5). Beyond the thematic panels where they presented their projects, our fellows participated in high-level sessions on:

🔹 Career Planning: Interactive workshops by EURAXESS Spain and MCAA on navigating the research ecosystem and professional growth.
🔹 European Funding: Expert guidance on MSCA-PF, ERC, and EIC grants to support their future careers.
🔹 AI in Science: Practical talks on using Artificial Intelligence to prepare competitive scientific proposals.

It was an enriching experience focused on both showcasing their talent and preparing for the next steps in their professional journey.
