  • There are errors related to the purpose of links, headings or tags that are poorly descriptive [requirements number 9.2.4.4 and 9.2.4.6 of UNE-EN 301549:2022].
  • There are videos with audio that lack spoken subtitles, transcription and audio description [requirements number 7.1.5, 9.1.2.5 and 7.2.1 of UNE-EN 301549:2022].
  • There are errors related to user preferences in non-web software [requirements number 11.7 of UNE-EN 301549:2022].

Request for accesible information and complaints

Through the aforementioned accessible information requests and complaints form regarding accessibility complaints, you can submit a request for accessibility information relating to:

  • Contents that are excluded from the scope of application of Royal Decree 1112/2018 as established by Article 3, paragraph 4. 
  • Content that is exempted from compliance with the accessibility requirements because it imposes a disproportionate burden. 

The Request for accessible information must be clearly specify the facts, reasons and requests that make it possible to establish that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.


Application procedure

If a request for accessible information or complaint has been rejected, if the interested party does not agree with the adopted decision, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a complaint. Likewise, a complaint may be iniatied if a twenty working day period has elapsed without a reply.

The complaint can be submitted through this form 'Complaints and claims regarding the accessibility of websites and mobile applications' as well as the other options set out in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.


Optional content

The accessibility of the portal has been integrally taken into account in the process of design, management, maintenance and update of contents.

This website applies the requirements of the UNE-EN 301549:2022 Standard, considering the exceptions of RD 1112/2018.

The last accessibillity review was carried out on 12/12/2023.


Compatibility

The website:

  • It has been designed adapting to the standards and regulations in force in relation to accessibility, complying with the priority 2 (AA) checkpoints defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) specification.
  • It is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera.
  • It is designed to be displayed correctly in any resolution and on any desktop, tablet or mobile device (responsive design).
  • It has been created using HTML5 as markup language and CSS 3 style sheets for its design.

In addition, a continuous audit and revision of content is carried out to facilitate its interpretation and improve navigation through the web portal.
